The good work was continued over at Woy Woy Oval where both our teams won through to Grand Finals, where both will be playing the Woy Woy. The u19s really played to their potential and turned an 11-0 half time lead into a 36-10 victory over Warnervale. Tries to Sebastian Eguia, Harry Layton, Liam Vanezis and Reece Piepers - who also converted two and kicked two penalty goals. Reece Jacobs also landed two penalty goals. The Womens 7s team got off to a perfect start with a try off their first possession and carried on from there to go to the break with a 19-0 lead. That was the damage done and the only score in the second half was a late try to Terrigal to make it 19-5. Tries to Taylah Welsh, Elana Withnall & Inge Visser who also kicked two conversions. To get an idea of how the W7s team has improved over the season, they only won one of their first ten games (regular season was 2 games per round) ... and have only 3 lost of the 20 games they have played since then! Next week the big ones at Woy Woy Stadium, games a little earlier .. u19s at 9:55 and W7s at 11:20. No excuse for any of our supporters to miss these games, already the forecast is for great weather, what a good way to start the day! Cheers Boys & Girls!
