With their team mates from Juniors Sam Evans & Tyler Mcmanus - who toured South Africa with the Country u18s in the off season - the next generation of Sharks are doing a fantastic job representing our Club at higher levels of Rugby.
Cheers Boys!
Congratulations to Max Stewart and Luke Wiseman who have made the final squad for the NSW Country u20s who will play the Southern States Championships in Adelaide this February. Prior to that they will play the the Waratahs Gen Blue team (Waratahs A team) as part of their final training camp. This is an exceptional effort from young men still qualified as u19s!

Sad news of the passing of Barry Cole on 5 January. Barry had strong links with Club, and with the Avoca Beach Golden Oldies. He played 96 games for the Sharks, the majority of those after he had turned 40. With his sons Jon & Mick he was part of our proud tradition of having father and son combinations representing the Club. Their highlight being all three playing a season together in the 2005 3rd grade team that won the premiership as part of the Club's triple crown success. After that he had half a dozen more games while in his fifties, most likely answering the call for a hard man to help out in thirsty thirds, with his last game being in 2011. Our thoughts are with his wife Sarah Cole, his children, and all of their families. Rest In Peace Barry.
