Reece Piepers - Player of the Match First game of the day was the u19s looking to win the premiership for the Club in a third consecutive year. And for the boys from last years u17s and last years u19s they were after their own consecutive victories. First half was scoreless for a long time before a Kye Blair try from a quick tap that was converted by Reece Piepers, who then kicked a penalty right on half time to make it 10-0. Almost straight after the break they were in for a converted try and it was back to 10-7. Another penalty to Reece Piepers took it to 13-7 then Michael Houssenloge was under the posts for a converted try before another penalty to Reece Piepers to go with his conversion to wrap up the 23-7 win. Reece Piepers was named the CCRU player of the match for his damaging running from the back, solid defence and perfect goalkicking.
